The Industry Specific Cover Letter is a more generalized cover letter used by work searchers when applying for similar work with multiple employers within the same industry or sector. It is less effective then a Company or Job Specific cover letter due to the fact that it is not tailored to a specific employers needs. They are still effective but it is recommended that for a high priority job opportunity that the client choose the Company or Job Specific Cover Letter.
What is included?
- Electronic Resume in Scannable, Microsoft Word (.doc) & Rich Text Formats (.rtf) - We provide you with three separate electronic versions of your cover letter so that it can be forwarded to any employer via email.
- 3 Hard Copies of the Cover Letter - 3 copies of you cover letter will be sent via conventional mail once the final revisions are made.
What is the process?
- Create your free account on our system.
- Input your content into the provided Cover Letter information form.
- Purchase the Company or Job Specific Cover Letter.
- Forward a link or actual copy of the job advertisement or job description to us via email or fax.
- Our Staff will review your information and develop a rough copy of the cover letter.
- Our Staff will contact you via telephone or fax in order to clarify any missing or unclear information.
- Our Staff will forward a copy of the cover letter to you via email for review.
- You will review the rough copy and submit any needed changes back via email.
- Our Staff will make any requested changes to the rough copy and then prepare and forward the 3 hard copiers via conventional mail and the electronic copies of the resume via email.
