Part 3. The Company's Liability

Our company's role is to prepare professional resume and cover letter services for individual users of our site. Our company makes no claims to be an error free service and encourages the user to carefully read and proof all finished work before accepting it as the final draft. All errors found after final approval is given will be the sole responsibility of the user of the service. All services are provided on an as-is basis. Once final approval is granted by the user, that individual accepts full responsibility for any cost and materials associated to correct any errors or changed from that date forward.

Our company also accepts no responsibility for misrepresentation of information or discrepancies in regards to the content provided within each resume or cover letter. Our company uses information provided from the user and has no way of verify or confirming the accuracy of such information. Any action taken against an individual due to misrepresentation of information will be limited to that individual and will in no way become the responsibility of this company.

Part 4 - Refund Policy

Our company maintains a zero refund policy on all products and services. Due to our staff commencing services ASAP upon receiving data via online/electronic purchases we are unable to recover costs of staffing. For this reason we urge all customers to thoroughly think through all options before purchasing any of the products and services.

Part 5 - Consent to Use/Store User Information

By agreeing to this user agreement all users are fully authorizing www.customproresumes.com to use and store all information given for as long as needed to complete all products and services purchased.
